This apartment building on the edge of the Ruhr Valley includes three floors containing 19 barrier-free apartments, comprising approximately 1700 m² of living space, plus an underground car park. Despite the 19 residential units, the architectural design manages to create a small-scale impression, thereby providing the ideal living space for families and single residents alike.
