The largest EDEKA supermarket in Schleswig-Holstein has opened in the Freesen Center in Neumünster, comprising a sales area spanning over 5,400 m², its own catering facilities and over 700 m² of space for offices and leisure services. Rücken & Partner was entrusted with the planning of cost categories (CC) 410, 420, 430 and 480 (plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, measuring and control technology). Planning and construction work was carried out in just 12 months, in close coordination with the architects, technical planners and the installation companies performing the work.
