Construction of 51 new
housing units and commercial premises,
Phases 1-5
Construction of two new multi-storey, barrier-free residential buildings comprising 51 apartments, plus commercial premises for an Aldi supermarket on the ground floor, consisting of two separate building complexes above an underground car park. The gross floorspace spans approximately 7,390 m².
Rücken & Partner took on the tasks of structural planning and thermal insulation for the entire project, along with the engineering and planning services for the technical building services (Phases 1-5) of the Aldi supermarket:
- CC 410, sewage, water and gas systems
- CC 420, heat supply systems
- CC 430, air conditioning and ventilation equipment
- CC 440, high-voltage systems
- CC 450, telecommunications and IT systems
